Acceptable Use Policy | Beeko AI

Beeko is designed for careful review of public username signals. This policy applies to the website, reports, API, and all accounts and keys.

Permitted Use

Examples include personal dating-safety checks, identity-verification support, marketplace trust reviews, brand impersonation review, security research, journalism, and other lawful open-source investigations—provided a qualified person reviews the evidence and respects applicable law and platform terms.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Beeko to:

• stalk, harass, threaten, shame, blackmail, dox, or facilitate physical harm;
• investigate, profile, locate, or target a minor;
• discriminate or make housing, employment, credit, insurance, education, immigration, healthcare, or other high-impact decisions;
• claim that a username match proves identity, fraud, criminal conduct, or account ownership;
• access private accounts, bypass authentication, evade paywalls, defeat technical safeguards, or exploit source websites;
• search stolen credentials, breach data, intimate content, or other unlawfully obtained material;
• impersonate another person, conduct phishing, spam, malware distribution, fraud, or social engineering;
• perform unlawful surveillance or government or law-enforcement activity without appropriate legal authority;
• scrape, resell, or republish results as a people-search database or consumer report;
• overload Beeko or source platforms, bypass rate limits, rotate accounts or keys to evade quotas, or submit automated bulk searches without written authorization;
• reverse engineer the service to discover secrets or interfere with security, reliability, or other users.

Required Human Review

Found, not-found, blocked, unknown, and error statuses describe source responses, not a person. You must review context and use stronger verification before acting. Beeko results must not be the sole basis for an adverse or high-impact decision.

API and Automation

API customers must protect keys, honor documented concurrency and retention limits, and implement safeguards against abusive downstream use. You remain responsible for users and applications operating under your keys.

Enforcement

We may throttle, investigate, preserve relevant security records, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy is violated or public sources are at risk. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported where legally required. You may contact support@beeko.ai to appeal an enforcement decision.

Reporting Abuse

Report suspected misuse or safety concerns to support@beeko.ai with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
