This policy applies to purchases made directly through Beeko. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel a subscription at any time through billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund charges already processed.

Eligible Refund Requests

We will review requests submitted within 7 calendar days of an initial paid subscription or annual renewal when the newly granted search allowance has not been materially used. Duplicate charges, verified unauthorized transactions, and billing errors are also eligible for review.

If a paid search fails because Beeko’s runner cannot complete the task and no usable report is produced, Beeko will normally restore the related search credit rather than issue a cash refund.

Generally Ineligible Items

Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are generally unavailable for:

• monthly renewals after the renewed allowance has been used;
• completed searches or substantially consumed search allowances;
• unused time after cancellation;
• dissatisfaction based solely on a source returning not found, blocked, unknown, or error;
• suspension or termination caused by violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
• taxes, exchange-rate differences, or third-party bank fees outside our control.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@beeko.ai from the account email and include the order or invoice identifier, purchase date, and a brief explanation. Do not send card details or passwords. We may request information needed to verify the purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We normally submit them within 5 business days; your bank or card network may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the credit.

Changes

We may update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect when you purchased will govern unless applicable law requires otherwise.
