Terms of Service | Beeko AI

These Terms govern your access to Beeko AI (“Beeko,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including beeko.ai, username-search reports, APIs, and paid plans. By using Beeko, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Keep account and API credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials.

Service and Result Limitations

Beeko checks publicly reachable username patterns using Sherlock and related orchestration. Results may be delayed, blocked, unavailable, stale, incorrect, or coincidental. In particular:

• a username match does not prove identity, ownership, affiliation, intent, or misconduct;
• “not found” does not prove that an account never existed or does not exist elsewhere;
• “blocked,” “unknown,” and “error” are inconclusive and must not be treated as negative results;
• Beeko does not access private accounts or guarantee continuous coverage of any platform.

You must independently review source pages and use stronger verification before making decisions.

Acceptable Use

You may use Beeko only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include harassment, stalking, doxxing, discrimination, targeting minors, credential abuse, unlawful surveillance, circumventing access controls, and automated high-impact decisions based solely on Beeko results.

Plans, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans grant the search allowance displayed at checkout. One full search may consume one credit unless the checkout page states otherwise. Free previews have limited sources and rate limits.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. Stripe processes payment. You may cancel before the next renewal through billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally erase previously completed searches or extend unused credits. Taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

API Use

Keep API keys secret. Do not share, resell, evade quotas, generate abusive bulk lookups, or use multiple accounts or keys to bypass limits. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys to protect the service and public sources.

Your Inputs and Feedback

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize Beeko to process submitted usernames and instructions only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit information you are prohibited from processing. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.

Intellectual Property and Open Source

Beeko’s interface, orchestration, reports, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Sherlock is an independent open-source project distributed under the MIT License; its use does not imply endorsement of Beeko by Sherlock contributors. Third-party websites and marks belong to their owners.

Availability and Termination

Public websites change and may block automated requests. We may modify sources, limits, features, and plans, or suspend service for maintenance, security, legal, or upstream reasons. We may terminate access for violations, risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or security concerns. You may stop using Beeko and close your account.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeko is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Beeko is not a consumer-reporting agency, background-check service, legal adviser, or substitute for identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeko and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from search results. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Beeko in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to support@beeko.ai.
